Book a technical consultation

A 30-minute call with one of our engineers is free and without obligation — bring a problem, a part number, or just a process you're trying to get right.

What we can help with

Valve & Positioner Selection

  • Should this be a smart digital positioner or a standard electro-pneumatic unit?
  • What fail-safe action does this application need — fail-open, fail-closed, or fail-in-place?
  • Is HART, Foundation Fieldbus or a straight 4-20 mA signal the right fit for this loop?
  • Does the installation need an ATEX, IECEx or SIL-rated device?
  • Will an existing actuator accept a retrofit positioner, or does the assembly need replacing?

Instrumentation Audit

  • Which installed transmitters are past their calibration interval or discontinued?
  • Where are the single points of failure in this control loop?
  • Is the existing signal wiring and grounding suitable for HART communication?
  • What would it cost to bring this skid up to current hazardous-area certification?
  • Which instruments should be prioritised for replacement versus recalibration?

Spare Parts Planning

  • Which part numbers on-site are genuinely critical to a shutdown?
  • What's a sensible minimum stock level for our most failure-prone instruments?
  • Can an equivalent part be sourced faster than the OEM lead time?
  • How do we build a spares list from an as-built P&ID without a full stock-take?
  • Which items should be held locally in Karachi versus ordered on demand?

How it works

30 minutes, video or phone — a technical conversation, not a sales script.

03

Follow-up in writing

A short summary of recommendations, and a quotation if you want to proceed.

What to have ready

  • Process conditions — pressure, temperature, flow range, and the media involved
  • Existing part numbers, or nameplate photos of the instrument in question
  • Site drawings or a P&ID excerpt, if available
  • Hazardous area classification — zone/division, gas group, temperature class
  • Any brand or communication-protocol preference

Frequently asked questions

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to place an order — the call is a technical conversation, not a sales pitch.

Do I need to already have a part number in mind?

No. Many calls start with a symptom or a process problem rather than a part number; we work backwards from there.

Can the call happen over WhatsApp instead of Cal.com?

If Cal.com doesn't suit you, call or WhatsApp the number in the header and we'll arrange a time directly.

What happens after the call?

You'll get a short written summary of what was discussed, and a formal quotation if you'd like to proceed.
