Scope of Supply

This section must define which products and services these terms cover — new and refurbished process-control instrumentation, pneumatics and related technical services — and make clear that specifications are drawn from manufacturer documentation rather than independently warranted by A.N Trader.

Quotations and Validity

This section must state how long a quotation remains valid, whether pricing is subject to exchange-rate or freight movement, and that a quotation is an offer, not a binding order until confirmed in writing.

Lead Times

This section must explain that quoted lead times are estimates dependent on manufacturer stock and import/customs clearance, and describe how the customer is notified if a delay occurs.

Warranty and Returns

This section must set out warranty coverage (manufacturer warranty pass-through versus any additional cover A.N Trader provides), the conditions under which goods may be returned or exchanged, and any inspection or restocking fees.

Limitation of Liability

This section must limit A.N Trader's liability for indirect, consequential or installation-related losses and state any cap on liability relative to the order value, drafted to be enforceable under Pakistani contract law.

Governing Law (Pakistan)

This section must confirm these terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, name the courts with jurisdiction (e.g. the courts of Karachi), and set out how disputes are to be resolved.
